Give Hope

Our Collection Center will open up Monday, April 6 to gather items specifically requested by those serving under-resourced people and families in our city. If we believe people are made in God’s image, sharing our resources with those in need is a way we can live that out. Let's be the best church FOR our city!

We’re collecting 5 items in response to exact needs right now. This may change as needs change – we want to put items directly in the hands of people who need them!

Open 9am-2pm Monday-Friday for now in East Parking Lot.

Follow signage and place items in the marked areas.

Collecting these 5 things:

1. Toiletries
2. Non-perishable food items
3. Laundry & Dish Soap (any size)
4. Toilet Paper
5. Diapers & wipes, all sizes

*Only these items will be accepted at this time. Items will not be distributed from this site. Clothing and household items may be donated at KARM Store.

How these items will be used:
- Children’s books will be shared with Maynard Elementary families as they also receive food assistance. We are committed to standing with the school to promote literacy, that doesn’t change although it must look differently right now.
- Food items will be shared with Shepherd of Hope Food Pantry, Maynard Elementary, & West Hills Elementary Food Pantries distributed weekly
- Many families Wesley House served live below the poverty line – with children home every day, supplies like food, tp and dish soap run out quickly, many without the means or transportation to get more.
- Foster families in our area are stretched thin and in need of diapers and baby wipes, other benefits may be disrupted due to closures and crisis response.
