Meet the Family Team
At First Baptist Concord we value thriving families and believe that lifelong faith starts at home. Every family is different, but we believe a health family starts with a proper understanding of why and how family was created. Through training, events, resources and coaching we help families discover their purpose and design.
With this knowledge, we then help every family move along a simple, clear road-map which details 1) where they're going 2) what to focus on and 3) when they have arrived at a stage. Throughout this journey, we leverage key mile markers in the child's life for maximum potential.

4Kids exists to help preschoolers and elementary aged children discover God and His Word. We desire to partner with parents in helping their children to experience Real Life with Jesus. We offer weekly opportunities for your children to experience exciting worship, great Bible teaching, and fun activities in a safe and secure environment.
Our goal is for your kids to learn tons about Jesus and have so much fun that they are dragging parents to church every week.

Concord Students exists to help middle and high school students trade a checklist faith for Real Life with Jesus. Our hope is to change the world one student at a time. By offering exciting opportunities for worship, Bible study, community, special events and service opportunities, we aim to help students connect with God, leaders and others.
We want students to grow in their relationship and daily walk with Christ and to serve as they live out their faith in practical ways.

Throughout the year we have integrated church wide Family Ministry Campaigns where a sermon or sermon series is partnered with a Family Ministry event, focus, new resource, etc. These campaigns are promoted, themed and supported by the ministries of the church.
Our current campaign is called Connected - replacing negative technology habits with healthy patterns by disconnecting to connect. Check out our campaign resources at fbconcordfamily.com or pick up a packet in the Family Ministry Resource Center.
Through the Family Ministry Resource Center, online and through our mobile app we offer tons of free and inexpensive resources for families for every life stage and situation.
There are books, studies and numerous resources for families to buy or borrow from the library which we believe will help build thriving families.
